Originated in 2022, Unity Construction is a small business General Contracting Firm focusing on the Federal, Aviation, and Commercial markets throughout the Southeastern United States. Unity’s staff bring over 30 years of experience delivering large scale horizontal and vertical construction projects for clients such as DoD, USACE, FAA, and the private sector. This allows Unity to be a solution to any project no matter what stage or size.

Design/Build
General Contractor/Designer partnership to proactively deliver projects on schedule and in budget by monitoring costs and timeframes as design and construction progress.
Preconstruction
Work alongside the owner, designer, and consultants to establish budget, schedule, procurement, and value engineering before moving into the construction phase.
General Contracting
Delivering the construction phase of the project after design has been completed by establishing an experienced team of subcontractors and trade partners to handle all physical aspects of delivery.
Owner’s Representative
Serving as a liaison between the owner and their General Contractor to oversee contract compliance and project delivery on time and within budget.
