Mr. Powers founded Unity Construction in 2023 to raise the bar on client experience and professionalism through the construction industry. Through his 20 years of previous experience, he has worked as an engineer, field superintendent, quality control manager, project manager, and Executive Vice President overseeing yearly revenues of $100 million.

Mr. Powers currently serves Unity Construction as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the decision to contract, as well as the ultimate project delivery to the satisfaction of the Owner for the entire value of each project. While each project is managed by a designated Project Manager, Heston oversees the management and maintains a direct hand in owner relations, contract management, permitting, environmental compliance, and quality control.
